Johnson & Johnson have evolved their policies to provide greater flexibility and support:

Back-up childcare options and paid time off for those who cannot work remotely and for those who are primary care givers to loved ones
Enabling their medically trained employees to take time off to volunteer their critical skills to contribute to their broader efforts to combat this crisis
