AIM, the European Brands Association, co-signed a joint industry letter on the Digital Services Act (DSA), together with +55 other companies and industry groups, calling on EU lawmakers to make online intermediaries’ liability exemptions conditional on the fulfilment of their due diligence obligations.

In their joint letter, signatories underscore that this would ensure that only diligent, trustworthy and reliable intermediaries benefit from the DSA liability privileges, thus contributing to a higher level of safety and trust in the online environment to the benefit of all stakeholders.
